  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, processing may take up to 6 business days due to high order volume.
  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Delays & Exceptions: While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases, deliveries can take up to 35 days.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue. Please note that shipping delays beyond our control do not qualify for a refund.

Pre-Ordered & Back-Ordered Items

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will follow this process:

  • Any in-stock items will be shipped immediately.
  • The remaining items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
  • If you receive only part of your order, rest assured the remaining items are on their way.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
